Perhaps your child needs to give a speech and needs help with the writing, preparation and delivery? Or perhaps your child could benefit from learning how to communicate clearly and structure their thoughts in every day conversations?
Inspired by LAMDA’s communication syllabi, students will explore, learn and rehearse text and speech developing their voice, diction and stagecraft.
Many of my students taking lessons to build their confidence may eventually decide to work towards a LAMDA exam. Taking the exam itself is by no means mandatory, but they can give some of students focus, formal recognition of completing a milestone on their LAMDA journey and a sense of accomplishment.
We’ll start with an initial lesson where I will assess your child’s learning goals. On my next working day, you’ll hear from me with a recommendation on how we’ll help them to achieve them.
Fun, creative exercises and games tailored to address your child’s learning goals will help them discover their unique way of expressing themselves. Your child will learn how build a powerful public speaking presence and how to build rapport with anyone, any audience and in any situation.
