I have an important announcement about the future of The London LAMDA Tutor.
From May 2022, The London LAMDA Tutor will be repositioned as an exclusive, boutique LAMDA tuition service with lessons being delivered by me.
What happened?
Last year, thanks to our wonderful students, parents, support staff and tutors, we ran over 2000 hours of lessons, the highest number of lessons since we founded in 2018.
These lessons have helped our students develop important lifelong skills such as confidence and self-belief, achieving outstanding results with a 100% pass rate and 85% of all of our students passing their LAMDA examinations with Distinction. We have even had some adult students who were inspired by the impact we were having on their child’s lives.
In order to achieve these exceptional achievements in such unprecedented times, it meant that I had to take a step down from teaching and I’ve been unable to share my love of the craft of performance and public speaking.
In addition, the demands of running so many lessons to such a high standard has required me to work long hours, often on call, and it’s now vital that I get a better work/life balance.
What’s Next
I am delighted to be shifting the focus of my work back to my first love; working with students one-to-one to help them achieve freedom of expression.
After a break, I will return to work on Tuesday 3rd May and will be available for booking in initial lessons.
I’ll be teaching a very limited number of new LAMDA students on a freelance basis teaching Monday to Thursday.
