About The London LAMDA Tutor

When I founded The London LAMDA Tutor in 2017, my mission was clear: to revolutionise LAMDA lessons with a vibrant, creative approach that inspires confidence and transforms students’ lives.

As an actor, I’ve seen firsthand how storytelling and performance unlock a person’s ability to communicate with presence and authenticity. Yet so many traditional LAMDA lessons felt dry and uninspired. I wanted to change that.

What began as a one-woman operation quickly grew into something bigger than I ever imagined. Travelling across London, I taught students of all ages, helping them master public speaking, ace their LAMDA exams, and gain invaluable life skills. Demand soared, and before long, I had a team of like-minded actors delivering lessons that were dynamic, fun, and rooted in professional performance techniques.

Then the pandemic hit. We adapted quickly, taking our lessons online and reaching students far beyond London—from Hong Kong to Nairobi to Brazil. This shift brought incredible results: our students thrived in the focused online setting, achieving an 85% Distinction rate and 100% pass rate in their LAMDA exams.

But by 2021, I realised I wanted to refocus. Running a large-scale business made it hard to maintain the personal, hands-on approach I’d always valued. So, I returned to what I do best: working one-on-one with a small, select group of students.

Today, I work with a small cohort of students aged five to sixty, whether they’re preparing for LAMDA exams, refining their public speaking, or building confidence for professional auditions. My students learn performance and public speaking skills to build confidence and empower them to speak with authenticity and presence.
